William Taylor Mechanical Transport Corps
DUNDEE MAN WOUNDED.
News reached Dundee yesterday that Private William Taylor of the Mechanical Transport Corps, had been received in hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. Private Taylor was an apprentice engineer with Jackson & Beat, Limited, motor engineers, 24 St Andrew’s Street, and enlisted on the outbreak of war. He had been at the front for about sixteen months. Private Taylor is a son of Mr William Taylor, engine driver, Tay Terrace, 50 Magdalen Yard Road, Dundee.
