William Hughes 2667 Black Watch
Killed by Bomb.
Private William Hughes, whose home was at 23 Dishland Street, has also been killed. He died instantaneously on the 3d inst., through being struck in the chest with a bomb. He was 20 years of age, and enlisted in the Black Watch in February, 1915, He was wounded at La Bassee. Previous to the war he was employed at High Street Engineering Works.
