Thomas Coupar Black Watch
WOUNDED ON THE HAND.
Private Thomas Coupar, of the 4th Black Watch, has written to his relatives in Dundee that when engaged at Neuve Chapelle he was struck by a splinter of shell on the right hand. The missile caused a serious wound, and he is now being treated in a hospital in Cheshire. Private Coupar was an employee of Malcolm Ogilvie, & Co., Ltd., and is eighteen years of age. His mother lives at 74 Ann Street.
