George is believed to be the brother of Pte Andrew Alexander McLean, S/31006, 6th Battalion Cameron Highlanders, who was killed in action 28.03.1918 & Pte William McLean, 20468, 2nd Battalion Border Regiment, who died of wounds 09.03.1916.
