DUNDEE A. & S.H. PRIVATE KILLED.
Private Thomas M’Cann. 1st Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, 10 Court Street, Dundee, was killed in action on 11th May last. Private M’Cann was 20 years of age, and was two years with the Argylls.

FOUNDRY WORKER FALLS.
Private Thomas M’Cann. 1st Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, 10 Court Street, Dundee, was killed in action on 11th May last. Official intimation to this effect has been received by his relatives.
Private M’Cann was 20 years of age, and before enlisting two years ago was employed in the foundry at Dens Works. He was unmarried, and went to the front three months ago.
Two of his brothers – Sergeant James M’Cann and Private Robert M’Cann – are attached to the Highland Light Infantry. Private Robert M’Cann was wounded in September last, and is again at the front.
