DUNDEE CORPORAL WINS MILITARY MEDAL.
Corporal Matthew Panton, Royal Scots, attached Trench Mortar Battery, has been awarded the Military Medal. The gallant corporal is a son of Mrs M’Gavin, 98 Dens Road, Dundee. He is 30 years of age, and has been 2½ years at the front. Prior to enlisting he was employed as a tenter in Bowbridge Works, Dundee.
