James Watson M.M. 240481 Black Watch
A Military Medallist.
Mrs James Watson, Rosefield Place, 179 Blackness Road, Dundee, has received intimation that her husband, Lance-Corporal James Watson, Black Watch, is reported missing. Lance-Corporal Watson, whose father Mr William Watson, lives at Westhaven, Carnoustie, has been in France since December 1916, and during that time has seen much hard fighting. He gained the Military Medal in February last. Prior to his enlistment Lance- Corporal Watson was in the mercantile marine. Another brother is serving in the navy.
