KINGOODIE GUNNER KILLED IN ACTION.

Intimation has been received by Mrs Robertson, 22 Kingoodie Quarries, by Dundee, of the death in action of her son, Gunner John Robertson, R.F.A.  Gunner Robertson, who was 23 years of age, joined the Dundee Battery of the R.F.A. almost two years ago.  He had been at the front for over 19 months.  He was in the employment of the Caledonian Railway Company as a platelayer prior to enlistment.
