Staff-Sergeant Geo Marshall, City of Dundee Royal Engineers, a former pupil of the Dundee Orphanage, has been mentioned in despatches for good work in France. Staff-Sergeant Geo Marshall was educated at the High School and Orphanage, and when he enlisted he was in the employment of the Dundee Electricity Works. While in Dundee he resided with his mother in Thomson Street.
