Addison has no known grave but is remembered on the Tyne Cot Memorial. He was the brother of Driver John Egan 273906, 3rd Brigade Canadian Field Artillery who died of Broncho Pneumonia 01.03.1919 at No48 Casualty Clearing Station. and Pte William Egan, 23723, 2nd Battalion Highland Light Infantry, killed in action, 28.04.1917 & Air Mechanic, David Egan, 120019, No5 Kite Balloon Section, Royal Air Force, who also served and returned home safely.
