Edward has no known grave but is remembered on the Menin Gate Memorial. He listed a Mrs Mary.E. Christie (aunt) 389 Janefield St, Glasgow as his next of kin when he enlisted in the army. His medals were sent to his cousin Mrs Paul Kell, 1626 Poplar St, Philadelphia, U.S.A.
