Private David W. Taylor, Black Watch, late Scottish Horse, has been killed in action. Private Taylor, who was twenty-one years of age, was a son of Mr and Mrs D. Taylor, 38 Park Avenue, Dundee.

DUNDEE MAN WOUNDED.
Private David William Taylor, Black Watch, has been admitted to hospital suffering from a shrapnel wound in the leg. Private Taylor, who is 20 years of age, is the only son of Mrs David B. Taylor, Loch Moy Place, 38 Park Avenue, Dundee. He enlisted in the Scottish Horse in November of last year, and was afterwards transferred to the Black Watch. Private Taylor sustained his wounds while taking part in a bombing raid on the enemy trenches on 25th September. Prior to enlistment he was on the staff of Messrs M’Ewan & Co., brewers, Seagate.
