Cyril Thomas Broom Second Lieutenant Highland Light Infantry
LEUCHARS OFFICER MISSING.
The Rev. William Broome, U.F. Church, Leuchars, has received intimation from the War Office that his second son, Lieut. Cyril Broome, of the 10th H.L.I., was posted missing on 13th inst.
Lieut. Broome, who is only 19 years of age, was formerly a pupil of the Harris Academy, Dundee, and was in his third year at St Andrews University. He was in the O.T.C. at the ’Varsity, and received his commission in November last.
