Alexander is not listed on the original Dundee Roll of Honour. He shares a final resting place with Pte J. P. Edmunds, 4210, 1st Regiment, South African Infantry, who died 12.04.1917.
Alex was the brother of Pte William Davidson, 416811, Labour Corps, who died from tuberculosis, 29.08.1921.
