David Innes   Black Watch  

WOUNDED FOR THE SECOND TIME.

Mrs Orr, 9 Thomson Street, Dundee, has received official intimation that her son, Private David Innes, 2d Black Watch, was wounded in the fighting at the Persian Gulf.

Private Innes, who is 23 years of age, was with his regiment in India when war broke out.  He proceeded to France with his battalion, and was wounded at Neuve Chapelle.  Private Innes has served five years in the army, and was previously employed by Thomson, Shepherd & Co., Ltd., Seafield Works.  His stepfather is serving with the 3d Black Watch, and was wounded at Loos.
