DUNDEE HIGHLANDER WOUNDED.
Mrs Birks, 76 Dudhope Street, Dundee, has received intimation that her husband, Private William Birks, 1st Black Watch, has been wounded. Private Birks, who is at present lying in hospital in England, was hit in the left foot. His brother, Private James Birks, 2d Black Watch, was killed in action on 12th March.
