Andrew Gray D.C.M. S/18257 Black Watch
D.C.M. WON by DUNDEE SOLDIER.—The Distinguished Conduct Medal has been gained by Sergeant Andrew Gray, Black Watch, son of Mr and Mrs Gray 176 Ferry Road, for outstanding gallantry in action. Sergeant Gray is a regular soldier, and has seen service in India. Before being mobilised he was employed as a postman in the city. His brother James died in France over two years ago, while he has five brothers-in-law on active service.
