DUAL HONOUR FOR DUNDEE CANADIAN.
Corporal Alex Steele, Canadians, has been awarded the Military Medal. This is the second honour which has been bestowed on the gallant corporal, he having been awarded the Croix de Guerre at the beginning of this year.
Corporal Steele whose wife resides at 9 Hawkhill, Dundee, went to France in March, 1916, having enlisted in November, 1914. A brother has been wounded three times, while another brother is a prisoner of war.
