MILITARY MEDAL FOR DUNDEE A.B.
A.B. Albert Smith, Royal Naval Division, has been awarded the Military Medal for conspicuous gallantry on the field. A.B. Smith, who enlisted at the outbreak of war, has seen much fighting. He went through the Gallipoli campaign, and was wounded on the night of the evacuation. He has been in France ever since. He is the son of the late Mr James Smith, coal merchant, 278 Perth Road, Dundee. His elder brother, P.O. Harry Smith, was killed on the 13th November, 1916.
