DUNDEE A.B. SEVERELY WOUNDED.
Able-Seaman Joseph O’Brian, son of Mr and Mrs Patrick O’Brien, 59 Hill Street, Dundee, has been admitted to hospital in England suffering from severe wounds inflicted by a gas shell. A.B. O’Brien enlisted in the Hawke Battalion of the R.N.D. in 1915, and has been on active service for 22 months. He was previously employed as a tenter.
