Joseph Picton Black Watch
Wounded in Both Hands and Arms.
Private Joseph Picton, Black Watch, whose home is at 26 Campbell Street, Lochee, has been wounded in both hands and arms. Private Picton, who is 19 years of age, joined up seventeen months ago on attaining the age of eighteen, and had been in France for six months. His father, A.B. Joseph Picton, was in the navy, but was discharged from injuries received in a submarine attack. Before joining the army Private Picton was employed in King’s Cross Works (Don & Duncan).
