DUNDEE OFFICER GAINS MILITARY CROSS.
Captain J. W. Hay Robertson, Black Watch, has gained the Military Cross for gallantry in battle. Captain Robertson, who is a son of the late Mr John Robertson (of John Robertson & Sons, Limited, distillers, Dundee), and grandson of the late Mr W. Hay, clerk of Dundee, was a lieutenant when war broke out. He has seen a good deal of fighting. Captain Robertson was educated at Ardreck and Charterhouse, and is a graduate of Cambridge University.

DUNDEE OFFICER’S DOUBLE HONOUR.
Captain J. W. Hay Robertson, Black Watch, has been awarded a bar to his Military Cross. It was only last week that the intimation was made that the gallant officer had gained the Military Cross, and his name appears in last night’s Gazette as being the recipient of a bar. Captain Robertson is a son of the late Mr John Robertson (of John Robertson & Sons, Limited, distillers, Dundee).
