Mr J. Allardice, Hilltown, has been officially notified that his son, Private W. A. R. Allardice, Gordon Highlanders, has been wounded in the right arm and leg.  Private Allardice is eighteen years of age, and has been in France for four months.  Prior to enlisting he was employed in the Town Clerk’s Office, City Chambers.
