DUNDEE MAN WINS THE MILITARY MEDAL.
The Military Medal has been gained by Private James Towns of the Dundee Battalion of the R.A.M.C. Private Towns has been in France for three and a half years, and being attached to the 51st Division, has been in much heavy fighting. Prior to the outbreak of war, he was employed in Wallace Foundry as a fitter. His father resides at 13 Glamis Street.
