Michael Leddie 30211 Royal Scots Fusiliers
Private Michael Leddie, Royal Scots Fusiliers, whose wife resides at 43 Hospital Wynd, has gained the Military Medal for conspicuous gallantry in the field. Private Leddie, who is 27 years of age, enlisted over two years ago, and was sent to Palestine, where he served for more than a year. Nine months ago, Private Leddie was drafted to France. Prior to enlisting he was employed in Caldrum Works (Harry Walker & Sons, Ltd.).
