LOCHEE LIBRARIAN’S MILITARY MEDAL.
Driver W. D. Cameron, who resides at 99 Hospital Wynd, has been awarded the Military Medal for distinguished conduct in the field. Driver Cameron, who joined up in August, 1914, has been in France over three years, and has taken part in most of the heavy fighting, being wounded in 1915. Before joining up he was in the service of the Dundee Free Libraries, and was in charge of the Lochee Branch.
