DUNDEE ROYAL SCOT MISSING.
Pte. Joseph Boyle, of the Royal Scots, who is officially reported missing since 28th April. Pte. Boyle, who is 24 years of age, has been at the front for twelve months, and before enlistment he was an employee of James Watson & Co., Ltd., Seagate. He resided with his sister, Mrs Appleyard, 4 Parker’s Court, off King Street, Dundee.

BOYLE___Reported missing on the 28th April, now officially notified killed. Pte. Joseph Boyle, Royal Scots, aged 25 years, youngest son of the late Mr James Boyle, shoemaker.
Inserted by his sorrowing sister, Mrs Appleyard, 4 Parker’s Court.
