More about Thomas Innes
Thomas has no known grave but is remembered in the Vimy Memorial. Although Thomas would appear to have a wife and 5 children he lists a Mrs McDonald of 192 Lochee Rd, Dundee as his next of kin on his attestation papers. Thomas’s age at death is recorded as 40 but he was actually believed to be 46 at his time of death. He is believed to be the brother of Pte William Innes, 11551, 1st Battalion Royal Scots.
