David Murdoch S/42328 Gordon Highlanders
Private David Murdoch, Gordon Highlanders, who was the eldest son of Mr and Mrs Murdoch, 16 Arthurstone Terrace, was killed in action on 26th July. He was about 19 years of age, and had been in France for two months. In civil Life he was employed as a gardener with Mr A. S. Henderson, Seathwood, Perth Road.
