Peter Mortimer Black Watch
Mrs Peter Mortimer, 2 City Road, has been officially informed that her husband, Sergeant Peter Mortimer, Black Watch, who held the Military Medal, has been killed in action. Deceased, who was 26 years of age, enlisted three years ago, and had seen considerable service in France. He won the Military Medal in July of last year. Previous to joining the force Sergeant Mortimer was employed with David T. Dewar, Ltd., hacklemakers, Old Glamis Road, Dundee.
