Lance-Corporal Alexander McHardy, Royal Scots Fusiliers, who has been killed in action in France, is the son of Mr and Mrs Robb, 14 Grove Street, Dundee. He joined up two years ago, and had been at the front for eighteen months. In civil life he was a shipyard worker.
