VICTIM OF A GERMAN SNIPER.
Private Thomas Kilcullen, 5th Black Watch, was the victim of a German sniper. Mr Thomas Kilcullen, 141 Overgate, his father, received several intimations to the effect that his son was shot through the head while in the trenches on 30th March, and died shortly afterwards. Deceased, who was twenty years of age, had been three years in the Territorials, and was employed as a dresser in Tay Works, Dundee (Gilroy, Sons, & Co., Ltd.)

Thomas is believed to be the brother of Pte Daniel Kilcullen, 149094, 198th Coy, Labour Corps & Pte John Joseph Kilcullen, 138787, 35th Coy R.A.M.C.
