DUNDEE SOLDIER FALLS IN ACTION.
Pte. William Gillespie, Scottish Rifles, who has been missing since May, 1917, is now reported killed. His widow, who resides at 38 Peddie Street, Dundee, has received intimation to this effect. Deceased who was 33 years of age, joined the colours in May, 1915 prior to which he was employed as a hackle setter with Thompson, Shepherd, & Co., Seafield Works, Dundee. He leaves a widow and five of a family.
