Ernest Davidson Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders
News has reached Mrs Davidson, 262 Perth Road, that her son, Lance-Corporal Ernest Davidson, A. and S.H., has been missing since 27th March. Lance-Corporal Davidson, who is 23 years of age, was well known as a worker in the Cherryfield Mission, and before enlisting was employed with Messrs James Scott & Sons, Mid Wynd. A comrade writing home, said—“Tell the boys at Mid Wynd that Ernie stuck it to the last.”
